We grow brands on Amazon, Walmart, eBay & Shopify.
I run these accounts myself — the PPC, the listings, the account-health grind. Not a faceless agency. One account I took over went from a 59% ACOS to 27% in a month. That's the kind of thing I do.
Platforms we work on: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok
Certified Amazon PPC Specialist
I went and got properly certified in Amazon PPC — the Proven & PROFITABLE Amazon PPC Advertising Course (2025), Sept 15, 2025. But a certificate on its own proves nothing. Here's what it actually looks like in real accounts ↓

Proof of work
Real accounts. Real numbers. Not stock-photo promises.
Anyone can say they're good. So here's the actual work — screenshots from the accounts I've run, with the numbers left in. Click any of them to read every line yourself.
Inherited this one at a 59% ACOS — it was bleeding money. First full month after I took it over: 27%, and sales almost doubled. Same budget, roughly. Just spent smarter.
No campaigns existed when I started. I built the whole PPC structure from zero. It's now doing $23K in sales at a 5.54 ROAS — a $0.19 cost-per-click, which for this niche is genuinely hard to hit.
This is the scale end of things — £178K in sales on a 2.74 ROAS, and 76% of those orders were new-to-brand. Growing an account this size without letting efficiency slide is a different kind of hard.

The actual reports — every figure above is in here. I blur nothing that matters; the numbers are the point.
Listings built
462 listings and counting
Across Amazon accounts like KIMEX London and Living Comfort Bedz — 462 on one account alone, plus others. Variations, parentages, A+ modules, the whole thing. This is the unglamorous work that actually moves rank.

How I build a listing
Keywords → title → bullets → A+
A listing that ranks isn't written, it's engineered. I start with the keyword research, work the high-intent terms into the title and bullets, then build out the A+ content in HTML. This one's a real HS Values kitchen product — you can follow the whole chain in the screenshot.

Before a single dollar goes in
I do the research first
Guessing is expensive. I validate demand and competition with real tools before touching a budget — Helium 10 for keywords and X-ray, Jungle Scout for opportunity, Viral Launch for trends.

Proven results
Numbers that prove the work
The performance standard held across managed accounts — and the case studies behind it.
Average performance improvements
Home & kitchen brand: from ad waste to +45% sales
The problem
Strong products, weak numbers. ACOS stuck at 38%, month-over-month sales flat, and listings that ranked for almost nothing beyond the brand name — the ads were buying traffic the listings couldn't convert.
What IFCOMEX did
- Rebuilt the PPC account: tiered bid structure, exact-match winners isolated, aggressive negative-keyword pruning
- Rewrote listing SEO and shipped A+ Content for the hero SKUs
- Bid adjustments every 48 hours, with a written ROAS/ACOS report every week
Full breakdown & screenshots shared during your audit call.
UK fashion store: conversion rate more than doubled
The problem
Paid traffic was arriving but not buying — a 1.5% conversion rate, a slow theme, and product pages that gave visitors no reason to trust a store they'd never heard of.
What IFCOMEX did
- CRO overhaul: rebuilt product pages, added trust signals, stripped friction out of checkout
- Technical SEO cleanup — meta structure, image alts, sitemap, Search Console
- Launched Google Shopping campaigns with conversion tracking wired up properly
Full breakdown & screenshots shared during your audit call.
The listing upgrade, side by side
Drag the handle — this is the difference between a listing that buys traffic and one that converts it.

Same product, two very different listings — a dark phone photo and three thin bullets on the left, a proper hero image, full spec table, 4.7 stars and A+ content on the right. That gap is the work.

About the founder
The person behind IFCOMEX
I'm Muhammad Farhan Azam — the person behind IFCOMEX, an e-commerce account manager and digital advertising specialist based in Jhelum, Punjab, Pakistan. I've spent the last 2+ years in the trenches of e-commerce — not as a consultant, but as a hands-on operator managing real seller accounts every single day.
I started as a Virtual Assistant at Ecom Managers, where I built advertising systems from scratch across Google, Meta, and TikTok. I then moved up to Account Manager & Operations Manager at Seller Sky, taking full ownership of Amazon, eBay, and Walmart accounts — PPC, listings, operations, and growth strategy simultaneously.
My background's in Computer Science (BSCS), which helps more than you'd expect. I can read the analytics properly, wire up the tracking pixels, and edit the Liquid on a Shopify theme myself instead of waiting a week on a developer. I also do the creative — video, images, graphics — so you're not trying to stitch five freelancers together to launch one campaign.
