IFCOMEX ("we", "us") operates ifcomex.online. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email, company, website, contact preference, WhatsApp number (if given), and your project description. The site itself does not use tracking cookies.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used only to respond to your request and discuss your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it's processed
Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and delivered to us by email. Netlify's own privacy policy applies to their processing.
Client account data
When we work on your seller or advertising accounts, access is granted by you through each platform's permission system. We treat all account data as confidential, use it only to deliver the agreed work, and sign an NDA on request.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete the information you submitted or to show you what we hold about you — just email us.
