Services

IFCOMEX provides e-commerce account management, advertising management, store development, and creative services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and payment

Ongoing management is billed as a monthly retainer; one-off projects are quoted per project. No work is charged before you approve the written plan and quote.

Cancellation

Engagements run month to month unless agreed otherwise. Either party may end an engagement with written notice; you pay only for work already delivered.

Results

Metrics shown on this site reflect past work on specific accounts. E-commerce performance depends on many factors outside any agency's control, so no specific future result is guaranteed.

Confidentiality

All client account data, credentials, and business information are kept confidential. An NDA is available on request at no cost.

Intellectual property

Deliverables (creatives, copy, campaign structures) become yours on payment. IFCOMEX may list the general nature of the work in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
